Blockwork, foundations and structural walling built to line and level, using correctly batched mortar and properly cured work.

Full and partial refurbishment of existing homes, from structural repairs and re-roofing through to a complete interior refit.

First and second-fix carpentry: roof carcassing, formwork and shuttering, doors, wardrobes and fitted joinery.

Parapet walls, copings and roof-edge detailing, reinforced, waterproofed and finished so rainwater is thrown clear of the wall.

Electrical first and second fix: conduit runs, cabling, distribution boards, sockets, lighting and external points.

Interior and exterior painting with proper surface preparation, filling and priming so the finish holds up to Ghana’s sun and rain.

Water supply and waste installations, sanitary ware, soakaways and polytank set-ups, pressure tested before hand-over.

Design stone selection, setting out and laying: cladding for façades, columns, boundary walls and interior feature walls.

Reinforcement cut, bent and fixed to the engineer’s bar bending schedule, with cover, laps and spacing checked before the pour.

Floor and wall tiling set out square and level, with clean cuts at edges and consistent, properly finished grout lines.
